Refund Policy

At Nudge, we make it our mission to provide the best service possible. Therefore, you may return the entire package if you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly send you another one or reimburse you completely. Go on your account, click on “I have a problem with my order” and communicate your problem. The box must be unopened or contain 75% of its original content for a full refund.

All items are individually replaceable when deemed unsatisfactory by the customer at the moment of reception. Please send us a picture of the items as soon as you receive it. 

Subscription

No commitment plan

There are different subscription plans with Nudge. First, there is the No commitment plan. This plan allows you to pay $25.00 (shipping not included) and receive only one oral care package. This plan will not renew automatically as it’s more of a one time deal.

Our long-term plans are ideals for the busy professional on-the-go. Simply subscribe and let Nudge do the rest !

Prepaid 6 months plan

Every other month, for 6 months (3 oral care packages), you will receive an oral care package containing 2 toothbrushes, 1 tube of toothpaste, 1 roll of floss, and a mouthwash concentrate. The payment will be taken automatically from your account only once you subscribed.  In other words, you will be charged once for the amount of 3 boxes. 

6 months (3 oral care packages): $22.00 + shipping/box ($2.99)

Prepaid 1 year plan

Every other month, for 12 months (6 oral care packages), you will receive an oral care package containing 2 toothbrushes, 1 tube of toothpaste, 1 roll of floss, and a mouthwash concentrate. The payment will be taken automatically from your account only once you subscribed.  In other words, you will be charged once for the amount of 6 boxes. 

12 months (6 oral care packages): $20.00 +shipping/box ($2.99)

Important notes

Please note that you can skip an order and pause or cancel your subscription at any time. It is also possible to request a refund, return an item, or ask to replace an item that is either broken or damaged. Simply log into your account and click on “I need help with my plan” or use our send us a message on our chat tool and we will gladly help you.
