Products

Can I customize the content of the box?: The content of the box is not customizable. However, we will be happy to help you if you are experiencing problems with a product from the box or if there is something wrong with your oral care package.

How to dispose of the products and the packaging?: Every single piece of packaging is recyclage. You can compost the toothbrushes, the floss, and the cornstarch beans found in your first package.

How to use the products?: Our products are quite user-friendly. Go check them out here.

Why are there 2 toothbrushes in each package and refills?: The second toothbrush is for your office, your friend’s house, or even for you car if you are always on the go ! Since we want to make it as easy as possible for people to get good habits, we thought that two toothbrushes would be best. You can also dispose of your second toothbrush after the first month if you please !

Are your products biodegradable?: Nudge’s floss, toothbrush, and (part of) the packaging are biodegradable. Disposing details are indicated on each product.

Are your products kids-friendly?: Every Nudge product is kids-friendly.

Is the floss comestible?: The floss is not comestible. However, it is 100% biodegradable.

Are the bristles soft?: The bristles are considered softer than that of the typical toothbrush found in store. However, experts say that softer bristles are better for your teeth and gums. Read more on the matter here.

Are you products cruelty-free?: Yes ! Our oral care package is completely cruelty free and vegan. Our products are Leaping Bunny certified.

Orders and shipping

When is my order supposed to arrive?: You should receive your new products within a week after your purchase. You will receive a tracking number once you have placed your order.

What if there's a problem with my order?: Send us an email and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Where’s my order?: You will find your tracking number in the email confirming your order. If you did not receive a confirmation email or if you lost it, please contact the Nudge team at support@shopnudge.com.

What is your refund policy?: If your products arrive damaged or anything happens that prevents you from using our products, please reach out at support@shopnudge.com and we’ll make sure to fix the situation as quickly as possible.

How much does shipping cost?: Shipping is typically free on orders of $30 or more. Depending on where you are shipping our items, shipping costs are usually $5.

How to cancel my order?: We’re continuously striving to give the best service and products possible. In the event that you no longer wish to embrace good habits with nudge, please send us an email at support@shopnudge.com asking to cancel your subscription and we’ll make sure it is done. Don’t hesitate to provide any additional feedback so we can improve ourselves.

Subscriptions

What are the subscription plans options ?: Go to our Subscription page for all the details !

How long will my subscription plan last?: Your membership will last as long as you want. Please note that you can cancel your membership whenever you wish to do so. To learn more about our subscription plans, head to the personal care box of your choice.

How do I cancel my membership?: Log into your account, go into your subscriptions and orders. Select your current subscription and click on cancel request. A ticket will be open and a customer service associate will answer shortly.

What if my address changes?: No problem there ! Go into your account and click my address. Fill in your new address and we will deliver your Nudge oral care package to your new abode.

Do I need a subscription to purchase a Nudge product?: No, you don’t need a membership. You can order a single oral care package at a time without a subscription.

How often will I get billed?: You will get billed every other month as you receive your Nudge package for as long as you want to keep your membership.

How to change payment method?: Simply go to my account and click on payment method. Change your payment method and that’s it !

Are you having a hard time logging in?: There can be a few different reasons why you could have a hard time logging in. First off, did you forget your password? If so, click on forgot password, enter your email address, and follow the instructions. Otherwise, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible to fix the problem.
