We’re continuously striving to give the best service and products possible. In the event that you no longer wish to embrace good habits with nudge, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org asking to cancel your subscription and we’ll make sure it is done. Don’t hesitate to provide any additional feedback so we can improve ourselves.
Do I need a subscription to purchase a Nudge product?
Yes, but you can cancel anytime. Try it out, we're sure you'll fall in love.
How often will I get billed?
Billing frequency depends on the type of plan you chose. You could get billed once with a Prepaid plan or every other month with a No Commitment plan. Check out this link for further explanations on the matter here.
Can I customize the content of the box?
The content of the box is not customizable. However, we will be happy to help you if you are experiencing problems with a product from the box or if there is something wrong with your oral care package.
How to dispose of the products and the package?
Every single piece of packaging is recyclage. Note that the toothbrushes, the floss, and the packaging beans are compostable.
