Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

At Nudge, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Our return and refund policy is designed to be simple and fair, making sure we fix things if something goes wrong with your order. We stand by our products and are here to help if your order isn’t perfect.

First-Time Customer Guarantee — Try Us, Worry-Free

We understand trying a new product can feel uncertain. For your first order, if it arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you expected, we are happy to offer a courtesy refund or replacement. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@shopnudge.com, including your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful to speed things up.

If your first order is a multipack, you are welcome to try one item. All remaining items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

General Refund Promise

For any order, if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will fix the issue with a refund or replacement. Simply notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or opened (beyond the first-time trial item from a multipack), or for change-of-mind purchases. Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Subscription Orders Policy

We understand life gets busy and sometimes subscriptions renew before you’re ready. Our goal is to make managing your subscription easy and transparent.

You can modify, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. However, if a subscription order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or intercept it.

In such cases, while we are happy to assist with a return or refund for unopened items, shipping costs (both original and return shipping) are the responsibility of the customer. This helps us keep our pricing fair and continue offering flexible subscription options to all customers.

We encourage customers to manage their subscription settings or reach out to us before their renewal date if they need any changes. Our team is always here to help with reminders, adjustments, or any account questions.

Return Process

If a return is necessary, we will guide you through the steps. In certain cases, a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For orders that were shipped with free shipping, a flat $8 return shipping fee will apply.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless Nudge is responsible for the error.

Refund Timing

Once your return or refund request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

U.S. Orders Only

This policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds under this policy.
